Dave Pahuja specializes in commercial lending and commercial mortgages. He has many years experience in his field and has handled many different types of credit. He deals with institutional lenders and has access to private lenders when more flexibility is required.

 

Commercial Mortgages and Business Loans

We have been processing commercial mortgages and business loans for over 10 years now and have extensive experience in many different areas. We will:

 -gather all pertinent information

 -prepare a business plan for presentation to the appropriate lender

 -follow up the lender and acquire any additional information they may require

-order and review an appraisal as required and arrange for an environmental assessment

-negotiate rates, terms and conditions

-review final commitment with you

We will keep you advised of the progress every step of the way.
